    I just called 0861 276 937 at 04: 50 and spoke to David and he told me that his system was given problem that I should wait to restart it . He then came back that is still giving him problem – he said he will forward me to the next available consultant only to find out that I waited and waited while hearing conversation from the background without no assistance whatsoever. I tried calling back only to find out that the lines have been closed. I am not happy because the fnb slogan says “how can we help”. I was making a follow up on a query I had in the morning only to get such bad service.
